Our Shops

We’ve got three shops, so we’re a chain… right? Well, kind of, but that certainly wasn’t the plan and they have all turned out very different as each has developed to fit their particular space and place in their locality, all within about half a mile of each other in North Islington & Stoke Newington. So, when we say “local” we really mean it, and we’ve ended up with three diverse, interesting, vibrant small shops. Which one you choose to go to will depend mostly on which is easiest for you, but for something specific, for unpackaged / refill products or specialist supplements for example, you’ll need to look at each shop’s description to find out more…

5 Albion Parade

The Mother Ship, established in 1990 and possibly the loveliest of all our shops, 5 Albion Parade is the classic small traditional health food shop / general store with loads of amazing food, many unpackaged lines plus just about everything else you’d expect. Find out more about Albion Parade
